ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) - January 25th, 2010

Each year LBYSO holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the end of January. During the AGM members are informed of previous and future activities, fiscal reports as well as elections. The 2009 AGM was held on January 26th. During this year’s AGM, the Board of Directors approved a Bylaw Ammendment to meet as often as neccessary and at least once per month.
 
ALL LBYSO MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
 
At the AGM you are able to run for any Board position that is up for re-election or that is vacant.  Each Board Position is elected to a two year term, and approximately one half of the Board positions are available each year.  A listing of Board positions is provided below.
 
A completed Board Application must usually be submitted 30 days prior to the AGM, but since there had been no official announcament prior to this elections deadline, you are still able to send in your application, but you must do ASAP if you are interestred in running. You can email your application to secretary@lbyso.org, give it to any current Board Member or mail it to:
